1. ELIGIBILITY

   - Open to currently enrolled undergraduate and postgraduate students across India.

   - Teams must consist of 3–5 members.

   - Cross-college teams are allowed.

   - Faculty, alumni, and working professionals are not eligible.

 

2. TEAM RULES

   - Each participant may only be part of one team.

   - Team composition cannot be changed after registration.

 

3. SUBMISSION RULES

   - All work must be original and created for this competition.

   - Use of AI tools must be disclosed in the submission.

   - Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

   - Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

   - All participants must treat fellow competitors, judges, and organizers with respect.

   - Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in disqualification.

   - Participants must comply with Devpost's Terms of Service.

 

5. JUDGING

   - The decision of the judges is final and binding.

   - No appeals will be entertained after results are announced.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   - Teams retain full ownership of their submitted work.

   - By participating, teams grant MarkSoc SBSC and Startup India the right to showcase submissions for promotional purposes.

 

7. ORGANIZER RIGHTS

   - The organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or extend the competition timeline with prior notice.
